What the hell with all that "suggestions" and "ideas"?? Everybody knows Halloween event will be an exactly clone of the past year, with a different hat most likely for Eye of the North promotion, aka, buy me if you want this hat!

I missed the witches hat and hope they have something just like that again, like they did for the stylish Yule hat (which was to make something similar at least in one town).

After the witches hat, I wouldn't mind devil horns or black cat ears. I'm not much into the pumpkin head and don't need a whole costume either. A mini-pet is a cool idea, but not necessary for me.

As long as they have at least one ‘cute’ hat available, I will be happy. No cute hat – only ugly ones….well, disappointment. It was bad enough to be one day late for last year’s cute Halloween hat.

The Hat you got depended what town you were in I believe.
Someone will correct me if I err here

Haloween gave Pumpkin head in Lions arch or witches hat in kamadan.

I think the Winterfest had 3 hats Jesters Snowman and Antlers.

Tengu,Demon,Lion and Dragon hats came from factions festivals

This is why I love 8 week sessions rather than standard semesters. My finals are next week...just before halloween...I'll have all next weekend to farm for stuff if they announce it by then. Halloween takes place in he middle of week 1 for my next 2 classes.

and I hope they don't release past hats...simply because it's cool to have something that is unique to past events. They haven't re-offered one time stuff yet...why would they start now?

I have all but the first pumpkin head, first set of antlers, the tengu mask, and the dragon mask. I had accounts when those events happened I just wasn't around for them.

I'm hoping for some Halloween related minis...and some more transforming potions.

me too...for the most part.
Two things I don't want to see again:
-the Pig festival finale...the whole gathering of the ingredients thing...I just didn't find that particularly fun.
-theft of rewards (any reward given by the events)....you should only have the possibility of losing your rewards if you let your inventory fill up too much. Also people shouldn't be able to get more simply because they can hit buttons faster and have a better internet connection with lower lag.

As long as i can get a nice new pumpkin head (hopefully new since they usually do new designs each time) and gather a few fun items I'm fine. A new trans potion would be great too, or even the old candy cane ones. Hopefully a new collector item or two as well. Whatever as long as it lasts a week or so I'm fine b/c in most likeliness i won't be able to play on most of the 31st.

They always do new hat designs. The Dragon Festival redux doesn't count, since it was supposed to be an identical rerun of the event for people that couldn't attend due to the monstrous lag.

Personally, it's the gathering and silliness I look forward to. The gifts etc don't matter much. I especially like how we can clone the hats for our other characters, instead of spending all day going through the visit over and over lol, it's fun but after 2 or 3 times.. I'm bored lol

Factions get the Dragon Festival and Canthan New Years instead of Halloween and Wintersday. So if you only own Factions, you're gonna be missing out, unless they do put something up in Eye of the North this year.

And wow, some of you guys just complain way too much. It's just a fun little event, if you don't like it, don't show up. It's not going to hurt you. Personally, I'd still be very happy if it was an exact duplication of last year.

Even if they did completely redo it, you'd still be complaining about it anyway. So why bother whining?

I don't see it being celebrated in the EOTN areas, mostly because its an expansion to tyria.
Mini Mad King would be the coolest...i hope its a big mini lol
but they'll end up being common. i wouldn't mind it though
